Submitting an application or inquiry is not a loan commitment or an offer of credit. All loans are subject to credit approval and property review. Programs, rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Final terms are set out in a written term sheet and loan documents.

Capital 26 lends only on 1-4 unit residential, non-owner-occupied investment properties. We do not provide owner-occupied home loans, commercial loans, or financing for 5+ unit multifamily properties.
